India and Pakistan are arch-rivals when it comes to cricket and there is no love lost between the players of both nations when it comes to on-field action. However, when it comes to Bollywood, there is no competition. Our Bollywood celebrities are loved and followed by people across the world. Even Pakistani people are always left awe-struck by the Indian starlets.
Recently, former Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir ran into Bollywood actress and Punjab Kings co-owner Preity Zinta on the sidelines of the ongoing 2022 edition of the Caribbean Premier League. It has to be noted that Mohammad Amir is currently plying his trade for the Jamaica Tallawahs in the CPL 2022.

On Thursday, Mohammad Amir shared a picture of himself with Bollywood actor and co-owner of Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Punjab Kings, Preity Zinta on the micro-blogging site. Sharing the picture, Amir revealed that Zinta is her all-time favorite from Bollywood. He wrote:
“my all time favourite from Bollywood @realpreityzinta”

For the unversed, Zinta is the co-owner of Saint Lucia Kings and she was in Gros Islet, Saint Lucia, in order to watch the live-action in CPL match between Tallawahs and Kings. And it was Preity Zinta’s team — Saint Lucia Kings, which emerged victorious over Mohammad Amir’s Jamaica Tallawahs in the CPL 2022 match between both sides at Gros Islet, Saint Lucia.
Talking about the CPL 2022, the Kings secured a nail-biting victory against the Tallawahs after chasing down the 164-run target set by Amir’s side with only 1 ball to spare. The Kings rode on the scintillating knock of 62 runs off 39 deliveries by Johnson Charles’ to claim three crucial points on the night.
After the win, an elated Preity Zinta made her way to the ground and this is where she met Amir. The Pakistan quickie was impressive yet again as he picked up the crucial wicket of King’s skipper Faf Du Plessis for his first wicket of the night. Amir then got rid of opener Niroshan Dickwella and bagged the wicket of Roshon Primus in the later stages of the match. Amir finished with impressive figures of 3/25. However, his efforts went in vain as his side ended up on the losing side.
