MS Dhoni Praised Sir Jadeja Lavishly Last Night

MS Dhoni Praised Sir Jadeja Lavishly Last Night: India and Chennai Super Kings’ star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja produced one of the best performances in the history of the Indian Premier League to guide his team CSK to a 69-run win against Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore in match number 19 of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League at the Wankhede Stadium.

Ravindra Jadeja has been in some sensational form in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. After giving some spectacular performances, Jadeja once again proved why he is hailed as one of the best all-rounders in the world last night against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Jadeja single-handedly changed the tables for his team as he smashed 37 runs in the last over of the match. Before that sensational over, CSK was at 154 runs with MS Dhoni and Jadeja at the crease. However, Jadeja took charge and smashed Harshal Patel all over the ground for five sixes and a four in the last over. If this wasn’t enough, Patel also bowled a no-ball and gave away two runs to Jadeja.

Later, after the match, CSK’s skipper MS Dhoni was all praises for his star performer, who also became the first-ever CSK player to score 50+ runs and take three or more wickets in an IPL inning. Dhoni hailed Jadeja as someone who can change the game on his own. He said:

“Jaddu is somebody who can change the game on his own. In the last few years, we’ve seen a significant change in batting and it’s worth it to give him that extra bit of time, extra deliveries, “

Dhoni also said that Jadeja’s cameo at the end provided a good cushion to the bowlers. He said:

“It’s a good wicket [to bat on] but I felt the spinners had something up their sleeves and I felt that extra few runs Jadeja made helped,”
