MS Dhoni is, arguably, the best wicket keeper in the history of the game. He has a very unorthodox way of keeping and outsmarts opposition batters with his out of the box thinking, more often than not. From lightning fast stumping to eagle eye awareness, Dhoni is always a big threat for batsmen against spinners.

Dhoni is 36 years old but every time he steps on the field to play cricket for India, he looks a year younger. He is one of the fittest cricketers in the world. In his long career so far, Dhoni has managed to stay injury free mostly and it is one of the biggest reasons behind his longevity in the game.

Many cricket pundits and fans believe that MS Dhoni is still much fitter than most of the other Indian cricketers. As per the recently concluded ‘yo-yo test’ MS Dhoni is one of the quickest and fittest cricketers in India. He is only behind Virat Kohli and Manish Pandey.

Brilliant stumping to dismiss Glenn Maxwell

In the second ODI of the ongoing series between India and Australia, MS Dhoni did brilliant work behind the stumps to dismiss Australia’s Glenn Maxwell. Maxwell is one of the most destructive batsman in the world and he played a cracking cameo in the first game.

Coming back to the dismissal, Yuzvendra Chahal saw Maxwell coming down the wicket and drifted the delivery towards leg side and it went between the pads. Dhoni took a brilliant take down the leg side and then whipped the bails off in no time. As a result, India got a big wicket and it was that man MS Dhoni again. Glenn Maxwell was stunned and he had all the reasons to be. It was a brilliant piece of work behind the stumps by the greatest wicketkeeper ever, MS Dhoni.

Dhoni, mostly, doesn’t show his emotions but he impressed himself with this dismissal and celebrated in supercool style. Watch it here:
