Murali Kartik Slammed Sunrisers Hyderabad For Sacking David Warner

Murali Kartik Slammed Sunrisers Hyderabad For Sacking David Warner: The entire cricket fraternity was left in shock after Sunrisers Hyderabad issued a bold decision to remove Australian cricketer David Warner as the skipper of the franchise and was replaced by Kane Williamson.

SunRisers Hyderabad’s decision came after the team lost their fifth loss in six games under Warner. Also, if removing him from the position of leadership wasn’t enough, Warner was then dropped from the playing XI of the team as well.

Following Warner’s snub as captain and as a member of the playing 11, fans and cricket experts on social media came up with mixed reactions. Among many, a popular cricket journalist Melinda Farrel also took to her Twitter and asked her fans on Twitter whether the move by SRH was good, bad, or ridiculous. She wrote:

“Replacing Warner: good, bad or ridiculous decision? #goodbadridiculous #IPL2021” wrote Melinda Farrell.

The tweet soon caught the attention of Murali Kartik, who came up with a hard-hitting tweet slamming Sunrisers Hyderabad’s team management. In his tweet, Murali slammed SRH for sacking Warners from the position of the captain and also expressed how it was ‘shocking and absurd to drop him from the playing XI of the team. He wrote:

“Mel..firstly replacing him was downright shocking/absurd, but u know what was the icing on the cake” he doesn’t fit in to the Team combination “..Seriously,suddenly,woww ur best player, one of ipl’s best suddenly doesn’t fit into ur team after having played so many yrs&2days ago”

He added:

“So basically saying that the ones watching are in kindergarten and we don’t understand..seriously since when did Warner not fit into the te combo.. Who is replacing him Sirsachin/ Lara, sir Garfield, sir Viv #IPL2021”
