Afghanistan and Lucknow Super Giants seamer Naveen-ul-Haq continues to hog the attention of the media and the fans, in particular fans of Indian and RCB superstar Virat Kohli, with his recent statements.

During the IPL 2023, Naveen-ul-Haq and Virat Kohli were involved in an on-field and social media tussle. Recently, the LSG seamer had claimed that it was Virat Kohli who had started the fight with him and insulted him by showing his feet.

On Saturday, Naveen posted a video on Instagram which has triggered the fans of Kohli. It seems a motivational video wherein a tiger and a donkey are having a conversation. It is the last part of the video that has got everyone interested.

“The worst waste of time is arguing with the fool”: Naveen-ul-Haq Posts Cryptic message to Virat Kohli fans

The quote towards the end of the video reads: “The worst waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who does not care about truth or reality, but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. There are people who no matter how much evidence we present to them, are not in the capacity to understand, and others are blinded by ego, hatred, and resentment, and all they want is to be right even if they are not.”

After the IPL 2023, Naveen opened up about his clash with Kohli during the LSG-RCB game and after it when Kohli ran into Gautam Gambhir, the LSG mentor.

“He shouldn’t have said all those things during the match and after it. I didn’t started the fight. After the match, when we were shaking hands, Virat Kohli started the fight,” he told BBC Pashto in an interview.

All three were fined for breaching the IPL’s code of conduct. Kohli and Gambhir lost their entire match fees, Naveen half of it.

“When you will look at the fines, you will understand, who started the fight,” he said.

“I just want to say one thing I generally don’t sledge anyone, and even if I do it I would say it to the batters only when I am bowling because I am a bowler. In that match, I didn’t utter a single word. I didn’t sledge anyone.
