Rohit Sharma, the Indian opener brought the fans on the edge of their seats with a stunning one-hand blinder at third slip to dismiss Bangladesh skipper Mominul Haque during the ongoing day-night Test match between India and Bangladesh at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

It was a Umesh Yadav’s delivery that hit on the outside edge of the left-hander, Mominul Haque and Rohit Sharma jumped into his right to send the skipper back to pavilion with a jaw-dropping catch.

Infact, it was a Virat Kohli’s catch at the third-slip but Rohit Sharma just went for it or in better words, Rohit Sharma just flew for it.

In no time, social media was flooded with posts from fans and cricketers appreciating the brilliance of Rohit Sharma. The video of the jaw-dropping test is making rounds on the internet. Even creative minds on social media have started a meme-marathon on the catch he took.

Meanwhile, Netflix India has found its ‘SUPERHERO’ in our very own HITMAN SHARMA. Recently, on November 13, 2014, when the epic knock (264 runs) of Rohit Sharma marked 5 years, Netflix India took to their twitter handle and came up with a hilarious tweet for Rohit. They claimed that a superhero series should be made on this special knock of Rohit where all his sixes hit someone and they got superpowers. They wrote:

“Someone make a superhero series about Rohit Sharma’s 264 where all his sixes hit someone in the ground and they get superpowers. 10/10 would watch.“
