Rohit Sharma stole the show with his swashbuckling innings of 65 runs at the top while skipper Kohli made a valuable contribution of 38 runs. Hamish Bennett shone for the home side as the pace bowler scalped 3 Indian wickets and put some brakes on the run flow. Chasing a target of 180 runs in 20 overs, New Zealand got off to a flier as Martin Guptill smacked two fours and three sixes to race to 31 run off 20 deliveries.
