Rahul Dravid is one of the greatest batsmen in the history of the game. In his long and illustrious career, Dravid achieved many great things with his bat and leadership on the field. Cricket fans in India and across the world, love and respect Rahul Dravid for playing cricket in the most gentlemanly manner.
These days, Rahul Dravid is coaching the young cricketers in India and it was under his coaching and mentorship that India lifted the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup 2018.
During the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Chinnaswamy stadium in Bangalore, Rahul Dravid was spotted in the stands with his son and wife. Usually, Dravid does not make too many public appearances with his family, but it was one of those occasions when the family was seen supporting their home team.
Rahul Dravid started his IPL career with captaining the RCB side in the first edition in 2008. But, later, he went on to captain and play for the Rajasthan Royals (RR) for many years. Last year, Dravid also served as the coach of Delhi Daredevils.
But, unlike other public figures and celebrities who prefer being sitting in the VIP hospitality boxes during IPL matches, Mr. Rahul Dravid chose normal stand over VIP box to watch the match between RCB and KKR.
This wasn’t the first time we saw Rahul Dravid breaking their stereotype. Since his retirement, Dravid has kept a very low profile and from standing in a line with other parents during his elder son’s parents-teacher meeting to traveling in the Bangalore city in an auto-rickshaw, ‘The Wall’ has time and again proved that he is one of the most simple public figures in India.

Along with his wife and son, Rahul Dravid remained seated just like any other spectator while people and fans around him couldn’t believe their luck and kept clicking pictures and selfies.
Rahul Dravid has time and again said the he wants his kids to live a very simple life. Unlike other celebrities, Dravid doesn’t like giving VIP treatment to his kids and this is the reason why he was seen sitting in normal stands with his wife and son.
Just one word for Rahul Dravid- RESPECT!
