Rahul Dravid has been the epitome of consistency all through his career and he is one of the most adored former cricketers for being the gentleman he is. Rahul Dravid has been a true team player and his contributions will always stay in the limelight.

Like Rahul Dravid, his son too is showcasing great consistency in junior cricket. Samit Dravid has enormous pressure on him to perform like his father like any other star kid but he seems to be handling it pretty well.

Samit Dravid is Rahul Dravid’s 12-year-old son who aspires to be a world-class cricketer just like his father was. Given how acclaimed his father was, Samit Dravid has a big repute of expectations to live to.

Samit is an aggressive batsman and he likes to attack the opposition from the word go. The junior Dravid is making headlines these days given his performance at the junior level. He has piled up many centuries already and is getting famous with each passing day.

Playing against the Frank Anthony School, Samit Dravid scored a magnificent ton playing for the Bangalore United Cricket Club. A staggering knock of 123 from a 10-year-old left everyone pleasantly surprised. This is just one of his greatest knocks and there are many on the list.

Rahul Dravid was someone who has carried his career with great modesty and humility. He offers learnings in not just cricket but also has been a brand ambassador of how one should conduct himself.

Samit has a lot to live up to being Rahul Dravid’s son and given the way he is going, you never know we might see another Dravid donning the Indian colors. We wish him all the luck.
