Only a few days are left for the much-awaited IPL auctions. The fans are waiting anxiously for the auctions to begin and to know the squad of their favorite team. On Thursday, most of the teams finalized their trade deals.

Star cricketers like Ajinkya Rahane, Evin Lewis, Ravichandran Ashwin, and others have shifted their base ahead of the next season. Players including Krishnappa Gowtham, Ankit Rajpoot, Mayank Markande, Rahul Tewatia have been traded too. Rajasthan Royals have traded Dhawal Kulkarni for Lewis, while Delhi Capitals have roped in Ajinkya Rahane and Ravichandran Ashwin.

Meanwhile, a Mumbai Indian fan took to his twitter and posted an interesting request to Rajasthan Royals. Steven Smith, who is one of the top-ranked players in the world, currently, plays for Rajasthan Royals in IPL.

A fan requested Rajasthan Royals to trade Steven Smith with Mumbai Indians. The fan wrote:

“Trade Steve Smith to @ChennaiIPL”

Rajasthan Royals came up with a hilarious reply to the fan’s request. Making a mockery of the request, the official handle of Rajasthan Royals wrote:

“Haha, good one! You should try standup comedy! ?”

Talking about the performance of Rajasthan Royals in previous seasons, the team has struggled to do well in recent times. Rajasthan Royals won the inaugural season in 2008 however, the team hasn’t played in the finals since then.
