Ramiz Raja Is Getting Trolled Hilariously On His Latest Tweet

Jatin KhandelwalBy Jatin Khandelwal26/12/2022Updated:09/02/2023No Comments2 Mins Read

It hasn’t been a week yet since he was sacked as the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Ramiz Raja has made his return to YouTube as an expert, and the former skipper got roasted brutally by fans on social media.

Ramiz had been elected as the PCB chairman by former Prime Minister Imran Khan in September 2021. Under Ramiz’s tenure, although Pakistan reached the final of the Asia Cup and T20 World Cup – losing both of them – the big blows came in Test cricket at home: Pakistan lost a 3-Test series to Australia 1-0 and to England 3-0, their first-ever such white-wash at home.

With a new government in power, that of Shehbaz Sharif, it was always inevitable that Ramiz would get the sack, only expedited by Pakistan’s home Test series losses.

Najam Sethi takes Ramiz Raja’s position while former captain and legendary all-rounder Shahid Afridi has been appointed as the new chief selector.

“The cricket regime headed by Ramiz Raja is no more,” Sethi tweeted late on Wednesday.

Raja also had tussles with BCCI recently, threatening to boycott the ODI World Cup in India if India didn’t travel to Pakistan for the Asia Cup.

On Monday evening, as the first day’s play of the Pakistan-New Zealand Test in Karachi was coming to an end, Ramiz Raja posted on Twitter about his return to YouTube with his talkshow Ramiz Speaks.

Ramiz Raja was trolled badly on Twitter under his post:
