Rashid Khan’s Tweet For Samiullah Is Trending On Social Media

Over the last few years, Afghanistan cricket has completely transformed. The cricketers have shown an immense improvement and also earned the well deserved Test status last year from the ICC rankings.

Rashid Khan, the Afghanistan spinner ad a glorious start to this year thus far. He gave an impressive performance in the season 11 of Indian Premiere League, playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad. He has been giving amazing performances for his National cricket team as well in the various leagues and tournaments.

Apart from him, Mohammad Nabi, Mohammad Shahzad have been giving many amazing performances. However, this time Samiullah Shenwari, another senior pro from Afghanistan cricket team has hogged the limelight after giving a sensational knock.

In the ongoing Ghazi Amanullah Khan Regional One Day Tournament, Samiullah Shenwari played a brilliant inning of 192 runs off just 123 balls. The 33-year old is representing Speen Ghar Region in the tournament.

He gave a stunning performance and turned the tables and made his team chase the target runs brilliantly by charging a counter-attack on the opposition. He remained unbeaten till the last ball and smashed 16 fours and 11 sixes during his knock.

Rashid Khan, who is currently playing in the T20 Blast for Surrey, took to his twitter account and appreciated Samiullah for his brilliant performance.
