Social media has been buzzing with reactions from confused fans after Indian captain Rohit Sharma shared some cryptic and obnoxious posts via his official Twitter handle and now fans believe that his account could have been hacked.

Rohit Sharma recently led the Indian cricket team to register a 3-0 series whitewash in limited-overs format this year. He is also all set to lead the Indian side in the longest format of the game for the first time in the upcoming Test series against Sri Lanka, which begins from March 4 onwards.

Meanwhile, ahead of the upcoming series, since Tuesday morning, Rohit’s account has been buzzing with cryptic Tweets from the Indian captain. First, a tweet from his account read: “I love coin tosses…especially when they end up in my belly!”

Indian spinner Ravi Ashwin has come up with a hilarious response to one such Tweet after the captain asked his fans if cricket balls were edible. Ashwin replied: “Let’s just say there are better appetising options”
