Ravindra Jadeja Says He Has “Direct Connection” With PM Narendra Modi

It is not a hidden secret that star India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has his full support for the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, and his political party, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). In fact, Jadeja’s wife, Riva Solanki, is a member of the BJP having joined the political party in 2019.

On Monday, Jadeja, while at his home recovering from a knee surgery, posted a picture of Narendra Modi and then gave an epic, but cryptic reply about his “connection” with the Prime Minister.

Narendra Modi is currently on a multiple-day visit to Gujarat. On the second day of his trip, Modi laid the foundation stone of a bulk drug park at Jambusar and a deep sea pipeline project at Dahej in the Bharuch district.

In the evening, he also inaugurate and laid the foundation stone of projects in relation to irrigation, power, water supply and urban infrastructure in Jamnagar, which is the home city of Ravindra Jadeja.

Jadeja posted a picture of Modi’s speech while watching it on his television.

“Welcome to my hometown our Hon’ble prime minister @narendramodi saheb#jamnagar” Jadeja captioned the image.

The funny thing in that image is that there is a wire from Jadeja’s TV screen going down to the back of what is his photo in a stylish pose.

Here look at the post of Ravindra Jadeja and the image:

In relation to this wire, one fan hilariously wrote: “Modiji ka taar tumhaare sar pe ghus gaya hai.”

Soon realizing this, Jadeja shot back with an amusing reply, “Yes direct connection”. While funny, this reply may suggest that the all-rounder and his politically active wife are in close relation with the PM of the country!

Meanwhile, Jadeja is currently working hard on his fitness and is aiming to return to the field as soon as possible after the knee surgery that had ruled him out of the T20 World Cup. Jadeja suffered this knee injury in the UAE during the Asia Cup. He played in the first two matches in the Asia Cup before sustaining this knee injury in Dubai.
