On Sunday, the eleventh season of Indian Premiere League came to an end. This season turned out to be the most thrilling and exciting season of the league till now. Throughout the season we got to see many thrilling and candid moments from the players.
The finale was won by the Chennai Super Kings, who won the match after beating Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets. Chennai Super Kings lifted the trophy of IPL for the third time.

After the finale match, the awards and prize money were distributed to the players of all the teams. The catch of the season had a very tough competition this time. However, the catch of the season award was given to Trent Boult for his the phenomenal catch he took during the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Well, to your surprise, Virat Kohli was dismissed after the caught out by Trent Boult.

For his fantastic catch, he was awarded with Catch of the season. However, Royal Challengers Bangalore team doesn’t seems to be impressed with the decision of Indian Premiere League.
