Delhi Capitals’ star wicket-keeper batsman, Rishabh Pant has once again ended up under the scanner of fans and experts after his performance in the ongoing Qualifier 1 match between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals in Dubai.
Over the years, Rishabh Pant has become a star performer in the Indian Premier League and a batting mainstay for the Delhi capitals. However, the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League turned from bad to worse for the keeper-batsman.
His campaign in IPL 2020 hits its nether today as he became a victim of trolls after he wasted their only review for Delhi Capitals in the first innings. It happened when Quinton De Kock attempted a reverse sweep and an over-enthusiastic persuasion from Pant cost DC their only review.
Later, while chasing a target of 201 runs, Delhi Capitals started off in a worst possible note. Mumbai Indians collapsed their batting order in quick successions. Rishabh Pant once again failed to perform with the bat as well. Pant was dismissed after scoring only 3 runs in 9 balls.
