India’s star wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant is currently on a remarkable road to recovery as he is undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore. The star cricketer survived a fatal car accident last December, in which he suffered multiple injuries.

Pant has been keeping his fans updated about his recovery journey through his social media posts. With speculations surrounding his possible comeback in the upcoming ODI World Cup 2023, Pant’s journey to getting fit again is inspiring.

Rishabh Pant Is Using These Methods To Get Fit Before ODI World Cup 2023

On Thursday (July 20), Pant took to his social media and shared a video on Instagram. In the video, he can be seen performing weighted exercises including deadlift and bench press. He could be seen pushing himself to the limits during his workout session which reflects his determination and resilience. Sharing the video, Pant wrote:

“You get what you work for, not what you wish for,”  

The caption also reflects Pant’s strong work ethic and highlights his will to make a comeback in the Indian cricket team.  The video has gone crazily viral on the internet. Watch the video here:

It has to be noted that Rishabh Pant’s rehabilitation journey has been guided by some of the best physiotherapists in the field and it is being closely monitored by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

As the ODI World Cup 2023 is just around the corner, the anticipation for Rishabh Pant’s potential comeback to the Indian cricket team has been increasing with every passing day. His explosive batting and exceptional wicket-keeping skills have been sorely missed in the recent tournaments of team India.
