Rohit Sharma Gave A Major Update On His Injury And Comeback

India’s regular captain Rohit Sharma has been recovering from a thumb injury that he suffered during the 2nd ODI match against Bangladesh. He was ruled out of the remaining ODI series and subsequently from the 2-match Test series as well. In his absence, while team India lost the ODI series by 2-1, they whitewashed Bangladesh in the 2-match Test series by 2-0. 

There were reports that Rohit Sharma, who is currently recovering from a thumb injury in Mumbai, is likely to take some more time to heal. The BCCI is yet to release an official update regarding Rohit’s availability for the upcoming series. While the speculations regarding his participation in the upcoming series against Sri Lanka continues, the star batter himself has provided a major update on his fitness.
