Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma expressed his happiness after Yashasvi Jaiswal scored a brilliant hundred in the ongoing third Test against England in Rajkot, putting the team in a strong position.
After a cautious start, Jaiswal quickly picked up the pace of his innings and achieved his second century of the ongoing five-match Test series against England. He reached his century with a boundary off Mark Wood and joyfully leaped into the air to celebrate his achievement.
The left-handed batsman scored a double century in the previous 2nd Test match. In the 3rd Test, he hit another century, crossing the 400-run mark in the series.

After Rohit Sharma got out for 19 runs, Jaiswal stayed calm and hit the England bowlers for boundaries. He scored 104 runs, including 5 sixes and 9 boundaries, before retiring hurt after reaching his century.
Meanwhile, Jaiswal’s enthusiastic celebration stole the spotlight, as he marked his second century of the series by jumping and dancing on the ground before performing his signature flying kiss to the sky celebration. As Jaiswal celebrated his impressive century, the camera shifted to the Indian dressing room, where every team member stood up and applauded the young opener for his remarkable achievement.
The cameras also caught Indian captain Rohit Sharma’s joy for his teammate. In the excitement, Rohit even mimicked Jaiswal’s celebration style, which has now become viral on social media. Rohit was visibly very happy with the way Jaiswal performed in the game.
