India’s newly appointed white-ball captain Rohit Sharma is one of the most successful skippers in the history of the Indian Premier League, having led Mumbai Indians to the trophy five times. On Saturday, Rohit celebrated his 11-year-long association with Mumbai Indians.

Yes, it has been 11 years, ever since Rohit Sharma joined the Mumbai Indians. For the unversed, after making his debut for team India, Rohit started his IPL journey with Deccan Chargers (presently-defunct) in the inaugural season of the Indian Premier League and had even won the IPL trophy in 2009, before he was bought by Mumbai Indians for US $2million.

On Saturday, Rohit took to his Instagram and shared an emotional video, highlighting the best moments from his journey with the franchise via his Instagram story.
