The all-rounder of England cricket team, Ben Stokes, created a stir on social media after, in his book he claimed that he found the approach of the Indian skipper Virat Kohli and vice-captain Rohit Sharma as “mystifying” and also claimed that MS Dhoni showed “no intent” during the run chase.

Sreesanth, who has won two world cups under the leadership of MS Dhoni, has now responded to the claims made by Ben Stokes in his book.

Well, recently, during a live interaction on Instagram, Sreesanth warned Ben Stokes regarding his comments, claiming that MS Dhoni is not one to forget. He said:

“Main toh thoda yehi bolunga Ben Stokes ko, ki dua karo ki Dhoni bhai aapke khilaaf dobara na khele. Dhoni bhai ke memory se kuch bhi nahi jaata hai”

(which roughly translates to I hope Ben Stokes wishes he never plays against MS Dhoni, because he (Dhoni) doesn’t forget anything,)

Sreesanth even said that MS Dhoni might “finish” Ben Stokes’ career.

“Usse all the best karta hun ki agar IPL ya England-India kahi bhi mila na bete, abhi tak toh 2 ya 1 million mil raha hai na, Dhoni bhai career bhi khatam kar denge. Ben Stokes ko main open challenge deta hun ki Dhoni bhai ko out toh kar nahi sakta woh chahe kitna bhi world ka best all-rounder ho”

(which roughly translates to I wish Stokes all the best because if during the IPL or an India-England match, him and Dhoni cross paths again, whatever the one or two million Stokes has been getting, it’ll all go away. Dhoni may even end his career.)

Furthermore, Sreesanth is hopeful to make a comeback for team India once his ban ends. He said that he is looking forward to bowl at Ben Stokes. He said:

“Ben Stokes, you’ve been playing for the last four to five years and since I wasn’t playing, I am really looking forward to bowl to you, brother. Just to give an answer to what you said about MS Dhoni.”
