Virat Kohli enjoyed a dream run of form in 2017 and hence it is not very surprising that these honors went his way. In ODIs in 2017 Virat Kohli scored 1460 runs at an average of 76.84. As for the longest format of the game, Virat Kohli smashes 1059 runs from 10 Tests at an average of 75.

Virat Kohli has dominated all formats of the game in 2017 and he has been the undisputed king of 2017. However, in tests, Steve Smith has had the upper hand for which he has been awarded the ICC Test Cricketer Of The Year.
