Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam dreamt of India of the 21st century and his contribution towards fulfilling his dream was exceptional. Born on 15th October 1931, APJ Abdul
Kalam is remembered for his contribution towards the development of missile projects of this country.

Today as the Nation remembers the ‘Missile Man” on his 88th Birth Anniversary, social media was flooded with tweets and posts dedicated to the former President of India. From celebrities to political leaders, everyone took to their social media and paid tributes to the missile man of India.

Cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar took to his social media and paid tributes to the ‘Rocket Man’ of India. He remembered the selfless contribution done by the former President through a heart-touching tweet tweet. He wrote:

“Shri #APJAbdulKalam dedicated himself selflessly to the service of our nation. He engaged with the youth till his last breath and will continue to remain an inspiration for our future generations. Remembering the ‘Rocket Man’ of India on his birth anniversary.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also took to his twitter and paid tribute to Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam on his 88th birth anniversary. He wrote in Hindi:

“My heartfelt tribute to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalamji on his anniversary. He dreamt of the India of 21st century and then went on to give his exceptional contribution to the goal. His ideal life will keep inspiring the people of the country. India salutes Dr. APJ Abdul Kalamji on his Jayanti,”
