Sachin Tendulkar Writes A Heart-Touching Post On Yuvraj Singh’s First Retirement Anniversary

It has been one year since Yuvraj Singh announced his retirement from the game of cricket. It was on the same day last year when, Yuvraj Singh, who right from the starting of his career made a name for himself as one of the cleanest hitters of the cricket world, decided to hang his boots.

During his illustrious career, Yuvraj Singh played many match-winning and memorable knocks for India. He has contributed massively towards the success of Indian cricket in limited-overs formats.

As he completed one year of his retirement, fans on social media made sure to make this day special for him. Right from the beginning of the day, #MissYouYuvi was one of the top trending topics on social media as fans paid their tribute to the legendary cricketer.

Cricketers from around the world also took to their social media and paid tributes to the legendary cricketer on his retirement anniversary. Sachin Tendulkar, who is regarded as one of the greatest cricketers of all time, also joined the bandwagon and posted a heartfelt message for Yuvraj Singh.

Sachin took to his social media and shared a throwback picture of himself with Yuvraj Singh. He also wrote a heart-touching message, where he expressed his first memory of Yuvraj Singh. He wrote:

“It’s been a year since You(Vi) retired, My first memory of you was during the Chennai camp & I couldn’t help but notice that you were very athletic & deceptively quick at Point. I needn’t talk about your 6 hitting ability, it was evident you could clear any ground in the world.”
