Notably, Sarfaraz Khan’s outstanding century against the England Lions in the second unofficial Test in Ahmedabad earned him the Player of the Match title. Following this achievement, he was selected to join the Indian Test side, replacing KL Rahul. This opportunity opens up the possibility of Sarfaraz making his Test debut.

In Hyderabad, India faced challenges against debutant Tom Hartley in spin-friendly conditions. If the Vizag pitch offers similar assistance to spinners, the Indian team seeks more practice. England, after a remarkable comeback in the first Test, is geared up for the second match to sustain their winning momentum.
