Shafali Verma Shared Her Class 12th Board Exams Result After Clearing It With Flying Colors

India’s young and talented cricketer Shafali Verma excelled in her Class 12 CBSE board examination with flying colors. She took to her social media and shared her grade report with the fans.

Shafali has had a really busy year thus far as she was performing on the field with team India, due to her professional commitments and was also a part of the first-ever Women’s Premier League. Despite her busy schedule, Shafali sat for exams and cleared them with flying colors.

On Friday, the Central Board of Secondary Education released the Class 10, 12 results in 2023. Sharing her results on social media, Shafali expressed her delight. She wrote: “Another very special 80+ smash in 2023, but this time in 12th boards! I am very happy with my results and can’t wait to give my all to my favourite subject – cricket!”

It has to be noted that, Shafali made her international debut in the year 2019 and ever since then, she has represented the Indian cricket team in 79 matches.

Earlier this year, Shafali became the first captain to win the first Women’s U19 T20 World Cup. She also assisted Delhi Capitals in reaching the finals of the maiden edition of the Women’s Premier League. For DC she hammered 252 runs in nine matches and finished as the second-highest run-scorer for Delhi Capitals.

Shafali was only 15 years old when she made her international debut against South Africa. She is hailed as one of the brightest future stars of the Indian cricket team and so far, she has lived up to the expectations of her fans. She has amassed 1333 runs at a strike rate of 132.11 in the shortest format of the game and 531 runs in the 21 ODI games she has played so far.

Talking about the longest format, Shafali made her Test debut for India against England in 2021 but she has only played 2 games, scoring 242 runs at an average of 62.05.
