India’s star all-rounder Shardul Thakur has been making a lot of news these days, however, for all the romantic reasons. Thakur got married to his long-time friend Mittali Parulkar on 27th February 2023.
Shardul and Parulkar got engaged on November 2021 in a private ceremony in Mumbai. The engagement ceremony took place at the Bandra-Kurla Complex with around 57 guests.
Who is Mittali Parulkar?
Mittali Parulkar is an entrepreneur, former secretary, and model who hails from Kolhapur, Maharashtra. She graduated from Mithibhai College and has worked for various companies, including JSW and Blue Star Diamonds.
After completing her graduation, Mittali started her career as an intern at JSW company in May 2015. Later, she worked as a company secretary at Blue Star Diamonds and Chetak Enterprises Limited before founding her own bakery brand, ‘All the Jazz – Luxury Bakers.’
Apart from her career as an entrepreneur and secretary, Mittali Parulkar also tried her hand at modeling. However, it was not a successful venture for her.
Talking about ‘All the Jazz – Luxury Bakers’, Mittali’s brand offers a range of global treats and has been successful since its inception in February 2020.
Meanwhile, Thakur became the third Indian cricketer to tie the knot in 2023 after KL Rahul and Axar Patel. The Mumbai cricketer tied the knot with fiance Mittali Parulkar on Monday. The couple has been dating for years and got engaged to each other in November 2021 in Mumbai.
The couple’s marriage has garnered much attention from fans and the media alike. Several Indian cricketers, including India captain Rohit Sharma, and Shreyas Iyer, among others, attended Shardul’s sangeet ceremony.
Several photos and videos from Shardul’s wedding ceremonies have been doing rounds on social media. Sharing some stunning pictures from the wedding, Thakur wrote:
