Shikhar Dhawan Slammed Shahid Afridi With A Hard-Hitting Tweet Over His Controversial Statement On Kashmir

Shikhar Dhawan, also known as the ‘Gabbar’ of the Indian cricket team became the latest cricketer to voice out his opinion on the controversial statements of Shahid Afridi over the issue of Kashmir.
Shahid Afridi, who is popular for his controversial statements has once again created a stir on social media. Recently, the former Pakistani cricketer visited Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and gave a controversial speech, where he was heard insulting the Indian army and PM Modi. The video of the same has been making rounds on the internet, where he can be heard saying:
“I am in your beautiful village, I am very delighted. I was planning to visit you all from a long time. The world is currently infected by such a big disease. But the bigger disease is in Modi’s mind. Modi deployed 7 lakh soldiers in Kashmir, same as the total strength of Pakistani forces.”


The all-rounder further claimed that the Indian people residing in Kashmir are favoring the Pakistani army. He added:
“I’ve been deeply humbled by all the love shown to me by the people of Kashmir. I hope that there will be a team from Kashmir in the next edition of the PSL. If there will be a team from Kashmir, I will want to play for that team”
Ever since the video caught eyes on social media, the cricketer is getting brutally trolled by the Indians. Several cricketers including the likes of Yuvraj Singh, Gautam Gambhir, Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina, among others, who took to their social media and slammed Shahid Afridi over his controversial remarks.

Now, Shikhar Dhawan took to his social media and posted a hard-hitting tweet for Shahid Afridi where he reminded him that Kashmir was, is, and will always be a part of India. In his tweet, he wrote how when the whole world is dealing with a pandemic, people like Shahid Afridi are thinking about breaking the country. He wrote:
“Is waqt jab saari duniya corona se lad rahi hai us waqt bhi tumko kashmir ki padi hai. Kashmir humara tha humare hai aur humara hi rahega. Chaiyeh 22 crore le ao, humara ek, sava lakh ke barabar hai . Baaki ginti apne aap kar lena @SAfridiOfficial”
