India’s star opener Shikhar Dhawan took a hilarious dig at the former Indian captain Virat Kohli on his latest picture on Twitter. The former Indian skipper, who enjoys a massive fan following of 185 million on Instagram, on Saturday, dished out some weekend vibes as he shared a picture of himself while lazing around on the grass.

Virat, who quit RCB captaincy midway through the last IPL, has been sweating it out ahead of the upcoming 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League. Ahead of the league, Virat shared a picture of himself, wherein, he can be seen lying flat on a meadow, soaking in the calmness of nature. Sharing the picture, the cricketer wrote, “The Earth has music for those who listen.”

Talking about his on-field performances, Virat had an interesting beginning in the year 2022. So far, it has been a mixed beginning for ‘King Kohli’ and with IPL 2022 coming up, all eyes will be on him to lead from the front.

Kohli would be looking forward to shut his critics and let his bat do all the talking. Unlike other seasons, this time, it will be Faf Du Plessis who will be leading Royal Challengers Bangalore.
