Shahid Afridi is regarded as one of the best cricketers. He is one of the most decorated allrounders of Pakistan, having scored more than 10,000 runs and taken nearly 500 wickets in international cricket, however, it won’t be wrong to say that Shahid Afridi was more popular for his aggressive style of nature and approach, that cost him and his team many matches.
In fact, Shahid Afridi used to often find himself at the receiving end of criticism because of his irresponsible batting. In his career, Shahid Afridi has an unwanted record of suffering 44 ducks. While fans just can’t stop taking digs at Shahid Afridi’s batting, recently, he was trolled by Shoaib Akhtar for the same.
Well, lately, a video has gone extremely viral on social media, which was shared by Shoaib Akhtar on his Youtube account. In the video, former Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar can be seen surrounded by several kids where he quizzes everyone about what they want to become when they will grow up.
In the video, a kid can be seen expressing that he wants to become Shahid Afridi when he grows up. To this, Shoaib Akhtar was quick to respond to the kid by trolling Shahid Afridi as he said:
“Afridi? Jaldi out hoga tu bhi.”
(which roughly translates to: “Afridi, you will get out early too?”)
