The ongoing season is witnessing a sea of yellow, wherever the Chennai Super Kings are traveling, irrespective of the venue and the city. Fans are arriving in huge numbers to give farewell to the legendary cricketer MS Dhoni, who is believed to be playing his last season of the Indian Premier League.

This is one of the reasons that the prices of the tickets soared to astronomical sums as there are rumors circulating that MS Dhoni might take retirement following this season.

During the case, a temporary stoppage of ticket sales for the playoffs at the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium will also be discussed. The Facebook post further read:

Meanwhile, Chennai is all set to host Qualifier 1 and Eliminator matches of the IPL 2023 playoffs stages. The tickets for the game will be available on the official site of the IPL from Thursday. Earlier, CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan had addressed the issue and stated that the team is entitled to provide 20% of tickets to BCCI and TNCA, and also provided 13,000 tickets to TNCA division clubs out of the 36000 tickets.
