Sir Ravindra Jadeja Tops The List Of Most International Wickets In 2023

India’s left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja is the leading wicket-taker in international men’s cricket in 2023, at the time of writing.

With 64 wickets to his name, no men’s bowler, until December 10, has taken more wickets than ‘Sir’ Ravindra Jadeja this year.

These 64 wickets for Ravindra Jadeja have come in 37 international innings across formats, at an impressive average of 23 and economy of 3.31. Jadeja has taken 3 five-wicket hauls, which is the joint-second-most this year, behind teammates Mohammed Shami and R Ashwin, both of them have taken 4 five-fors this year so far.

Behind Ravindra Jadeja is Ireland pacer Mark Adair, who has scalped 58 wickets, followed by Mohammed Siraj, who has taken 57 wickets, Kuldeep Yadav, who has 56 wickets, and Mohammed Shami, who also has 56 wickets.

The presence of Jadeja, Kuldeep, Siraj, and Shami in this list indicates why India were so successful in their World Cup 2023 campaign as the Men In Blue won 10 games in a row, before faltering in the final against Australia, losing the final by 6 wickets in Ahmedabad.
