The mystery around the sign language conversation between captain Kohli and coach Ravi Shastri has finally been decoded. It was seen in the second innings that Kohli had something to convey to the coach while Kohli was out in the middle batting and then the coach too reverted to sign language gestures with sign language.

Now finally the tough coding to that exchange of suggestions between the coach and the captain has been busted. Kohli got out for a duck in the first innings but then in the second innings he returned with a magnificent ton and completed 50 international tons.

He also equalled Sunil Gavaskar’s record of maximum centuries in tests as being a captain for India. Kohli was asking whether to complete the century or not Kohli was seen conveying things to the coach when he was batting at 97. He was actually asking the coach that should he declare or play another over and try to complete the ton.

India was keen to put Sri Lanka back to bat and try and win the match and hence Kohli showed great maturity in keeping his ton later and the team first. To Kohli’s sign language Shastri responded and asked him to wait there for his ton and then declare.

This sign language conversation indeed got every cricket fan guessing and trying to decode the messages exchanged. Well, we have decoded the mystery for you!
