Suresh Raina or Chinna Thala is one of the most loved cricketers, who has played a total of 18 Test matches, 226 ODIs, and 78 T20Is for the Indian cricket team over the course of an international career which lasted 13 years. Raina’s last appearance for the Indian cricket team came in 2018, while he announced his retirement from the game of cricket on 15th August 2020, just moments after his good friend and mentor MS Dhoni announced his retirement.
Apart from his career with Team India, Raina was an integral part of Chennai Super Kings, however, everyone was left in shock after he went unsold at the 2022 IPL mega auction and CSK didn’t retain him. Raina was a part of IPL 2022 but as a commentator.
