Talking about the game, Sri Lanka put on a score of 157 on the board with Pathum Nissanka being the top-scorer with a 45-ball 40. Asalanka played a stunning cameo of 38 in just 25 balls. Josh Hazlewood, Ashton Agar, Pat Cummins, and Glen Maxwell took one-wicket each.
Though David Warner was brilliant on-field, however, he didn’t have a good day with the bat as he was dismissed for a knock of 11 in Australia’s chase by Theekshana.
