The 2024-25 Indian domestic season begins with the start of the Duleep Trophy on September 5. Here’s all you need to know about the fixtures list, match timings and the venues of the competition.

With the zonal format of the competition scrapped, four teams – India A, India B, India C and India D – will now participate this year. A total of six four-day matches will be played between September 5 and 22.

However, according to an ESPNcricinfo report, one of the doubleheaders from September 5 could be moved to Bengaluru due to logistical issues.

Centrally contracted players to play Duleep Trophy 2024

The move is in line with BCCI chair Jay Shah’s push to ensure the availability of centrally contracted players in domestic cricket.

Here’s the full schedule of the 2024:

  • September 5-8: India A vs India B, India C vs India D (Venue: Bengaluru)
  • September 11-14: India A vs India C, India B vs India D (Venue: Bengaluru)
  • September 18-21: India A vs India D, India B vs India C (Venue: Bengaluru)
  • September 25-28: Final (Venue: Bengaluru)

All matches will start at 9:30 AM IST.
