The IPL auctions have just concluded and now every cricket fan is waiting in anticipations for the high voltage cricket league to get underway. Retained by RCB for 17 crores, Virat Kohli became the most expensive player ever in the history of the Indian Premier League. But we have made an entire team which costs less than the worth of Virat Kohli.

This team has some of the finest T20 players in it and in contrast to Virat Kohli’s worth of 17 crores, we were able to form this team for just 16.15 crores. But that does not mean that we have in any way compromised on the quality of players in this team

As per the IPL norms, this team also contains only four overseas players. These overseas players include the explosive Kiwi batsman Colin Munro as well. Munro is the only player to have 3 T20I centuries to his name. The other the foreign players are Lungi Ngidi, Imran Tahir and Quinton De Cock.

CAPTAIN

Gautam Gambhir is the second most successful captain in the IPL after Rohit Sharma. Now we cannot get Rohit Sharma in this budget so we chose the second-best alternative. While Rohit Sharma was retained for 15 crores by the Mumbai Indians, Gautam Gambhir went for a modest price of 2.8 crores to the Delhi Daredevils.
