These Are The Brothers Who Have Played With And Against Each Other In IPL

Cricket is not just a sport in India but a religion, however this religion unites the people of India. We Indians shower love and respect on our favorite cricketers, support them in every ups and downs. We cry, laugh, celebrate them the way they do on the ground.
Our Indian cricketers share a great bond with each other, they are best of the pals and their brotherly love for each other is clearly visible on and off the ground.
However, there have been many instances in international cricket when two real brothers have played on the ground together. And not just Indian brothers but also we have witnessed many brother-pair in many teams from all over the world including, Mark and Steve Waugh played for Australia, Kevin and Niall O Brien for Ireland, Andy and Grant Flower for Zimbabwe, Kamran and Umar Akmal for Pakistan and many more.
But, here we bring you the list of brothers who have played together with or against each other in the Indian Premier League since it’s beginning. Have a look:

  1. Irfan Pathan and Yusuf Pathan :

Since the inception of IPL, Pathan brothers have been a part of Indian Premier League. The brotherly bond of them both is known to all. Yusuf Pathan has played a very important role in making KKR win the tournament twice in 2012 and 2014.
However, in this edition of IPL, Irfan Pathan has got a new role of a commentator while Yusuf Pathan hasn’t quite arrived and set the stage on fire in this tournament so far. He has been bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad.
2. Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya :
These Are The Brothers Who Have Played With And Against Each Other In IPL
Who doesn’t know Hardik Pandya now? He has rose to fame and has earned a lot of name because of his performances since he started. Pandya brothers have taken over the previous IPL seasons by storm. Both of them have delivered amazing performances. Hardik and Krunal both of them impressed one and all with their performances
Both the brothers are playing for Mumbai Indians in this edition of IPL.
3. Albie and Morne Morkel:
These Are The Brothers Who Have Played With And Against Each Other In IPL
The Morkel brothers have established themselves in the South African team but both of them have performed well in the IPL as well. While Mourne played a vital role for KKR, on the other hand Albie has played IPL with RCB, CSK and RPS.  However, both of these brothers are not playing in this season of IPL.
4. Brendon and Nathan McCullum :
These Are The Brothers Who Have Played With And Against Each Other In IPL
McCullum brothers were like a blessing for the England team when they needed a great bowler and a batsman. They both have given many amazing performances in the previous seasons of IPL.
In this season of IPL, Nathan McCullum is playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad and Brendon McCullum is playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore.
5. Michael and David Hussey :
These Are The Brothers Who Have Played With And Against Each Other In IPL
Hussey brothers have given many amazing performances in the IPL. Michael Hussey, had his association with Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings, earlier and on the other hand, David Hussey had played with KKR, Kings XI and CSK as well.
In this edition of IPL, Michael Hussey is the batting coach of Chennai Super Kings.
6. Shaun and Mitchell Marsh :
These Are The Brothers Who Have Played With And Against Each Other In IPL
Both of the brothers have given amazingly well performances in the previous seasons of IPL. While Shaun Marsh has played with Kings XI Punjab, on the other hand, Mitchell Marsh has played with Deccan Chargers and Pune franchise twice.
Both of the Australian players are not playing in this season of IPL.
