This 8-Year Old Girl With Six Pack Abs Is Backed By Virat Kohli

Going to school, playing with friends and watching cartoons on Television, that’s all we used to do when we were 8-years-old, however, things are different for Pooja Bishnoi. From setting records competing in an international marathon to having six-pack abs, this girl is breaking stereotypes one at a time.

Pooja Bishnoi is living with her parents and younger brother. Her mother Mima Devi is a homemaker, father Ashok Bishnoi is a farmer. She is studying in class 3rd  in Shiv Shakti UPS School.

Pooja Bishnoi, the 8-year-old athletic angel of India, has become the youngest girl to achieve all these milestones. However, all this wouldn’t have been possible without the support from our Indian skipper, Virat Kohli’s foundation.

Yes, the girl is being supported by Virat Kohli Foundation and is getting training from her source of inspiration: her coach Sarwan Budiya, who is also his maternal uncle. The Virat Kohli foundation bears her daily expenses of travel, training, nutrition, etc.

Her achievements so far include:

• Covered 3 km run in 12.50 minutes(U10 world record)

• World’s first Asian girl with six-pack abs

• Covered 10 km run in 48 minutes

• Supported by Virat Kohli Foundation

• Felicitated at Indian Sports Honors 2019

• Iron Awards (Govt.of Dubai) by Sahil khan

• Winner of Veer Durgadas Rathore Award 2019

• Young Fitness Model

Furthermore, her dream is to become an Olympic Champion and in order to achieve her dream, Pooja has been working hard day and night along with her coach. After setting several records, Pooja Bishnoi aspires to win a gold medal in the 2024 Olympics for the nation.

The interesting thing about Pooja Bishnoi is that she isn’t involved in the sports-related activity and spends most of her time studying and training hard. In an interview, Pooja revealed her daily routine. She said:

“I woke up early at 3 AM and practice till 7 AM after which I go to my school and study there till 2 PM.  Then again I start my practice from 4 PM which usually ends up to 8 PM. This is all that I do daily. I don’t take any tuitions or extra classes. I study by myself.”

Earlier in September, Pooja was honored by Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachhan. That time she took to her Instagram and thanked Virat Kohli Foundation for supporting her. She wrote:
