The new season of the Indian Premier League is just around the corner. Former Indian and CSK’s batter Suresh Raina will be seen in a new avatar in the commentary box during the upcoming 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League.
Raina went unsold at the IPL 2022 mega auction and despite several overseas players opting out of the tournament, no other team showed interest to sign the CSK superstar. This was the first time that the cricketer went unsold at the auctions. His ouster became one of the biggest talking points ahead of the IPL 2022. There were rumors of a rift between Raina and CSK, however, the latest conversation between the two has shut down all the rumors.
Well, ahead of the league, Raina’s family was spotted in the Maldives celebrating the second birthday of their son – Rio Raina. On Wednesday, Raina also took to Twitter and wrote an emotional birthday message for his son. He wrote:
“Happy birthday my boy Rio, can’t believe you’re 2 already. We feel blessed & grateful to have you. These two years of loving you have been magnificent and all we wish for you is to have all the happiness in this world. #birthdayboy #HappyBirthdayRioRaina”
The Tweet went viral in no time and was flooded with amazing reactions from the fans to it. Suresh Raina’s former team Chennai Super Kings also took to Twitter and shared a beautiful post for Rio Raina. Sharing the picture of Rion, CSK wished Raina’s little munchkin on his super birthday. CSK wrote:
