Shardul Thakur has been in some sensational form for team India. He played an instrumental role in India’s victory in the just-concluded 3-match ODI series against England.  In the 3rd and last ODI match against England, Shardul showed his masterclass once again and contributed both with the bat and the ball to help India thrash England by 7 runs.

During India’s innings, Shardul smashed quickfire 30 runs off 21 balls to help India post a competitive total.

Later, with the ball, he turned out to be the most successful Shardul picked 4 wickets and turned out to be the most successful bowler. Dawid Malan and England’s stand-in skipper Jos Buttler became the first two victims of Thakur, however, the duo of Liam Livingstone and Dawid Malan was going strong and had already stitched a 60-run partnership as they brought their team back in the game.

This is when Shardul came and gave a much-needed breakthrough to team India by removing right-hander Livingstone. Later, he picked the wicket of Adil Rashid to complete his 4-wickets haul.

Fans on social media went berserk after the powerful performance of Shardul Thakur in the 3rd ODI match. From cricketers, experts to fans everyone is hailing the brilliance of Lord Shardul Thakur.

Meanwhile, an image of Shardul Thakur’s bowling action has been going crazily viral on social media. Shardul’s delivery action or we should say his middle-finger has become the talking point on social media. Fans on social media were quick to turn the image into hilarious memes.
