India vs Australia 2017: India held their nerves in the fourth and final Test and won the match by 8 wickets. After losing the first Test, Team India showed great character and won the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2-1.

Before the start of the series, there was a common belief in India and around the world that Australia will struggle on turning pitches and it will be an easy walk in the park for Team India. But, Australian Cricket Team showed great character and made it a very tough battle in the middle for India.

As expected, the series was full of banter and sledging. Starting from the second Test when Steve Smith looked at the dressing room for help regarding DRS and Virat Kohli took his case in the post-match conference to the last session of Day 3 in which Murali Vijay claimed a catch that wasn’t a clear catch and Smith was caught abusing him for that, the series was full of action and drama, on and off the field.

It was a very hard fought series and Team India celebrated in style when KL Rahul smashed the winning runs at HPCA stadium in Dharamshala. Fans, cricketers and support staff celebrated with big smiles on their faces. Watch it here:
