IND vs SL: KL Rahul Is Getting Trolled Left, Right And Center After Yet Another Failure

KL Rahul

Indian opening batter KL Rahul once again left his fans disappointed after he failed to perform yet again with the bat during the Asia Cup 2022 Super-4 clash against Sri Lanka on Tuesday at the Dubai International Stadium. KL Rahul, who has been under the scanner for his inconsistent performances off-lately, once again failed to make it big with the bat as he was dismissed LBW by Maheesh Theekshana in the second over of the innings, leaving the team at 11/1.

KL Rahul's form has been questioned multiple times since coming back from his surgery. He is having a forgettable tournament this time. He had started the Asia Cup 2022 with a duck against Pakistan and followed it up with an unusually slow knock against Hong Kong. Though, he showed good intent in the Super 4 clash against Pakistan however he has failed to register a single fifty in 4 knocks in the tournament.

Coming to tonight's Super-4 clash against Sri Lanka, KL Rahul walked out to open the innings with Rohit Sharma after being asked to bat first. However, the Indian side got off to a poor start in the powerplay as Theekshana cleaned up KL Rahul with a low full toss. He was dismissed on 6 runs that came off in 7 balls.

Meanwhile, fans were left disappointed with KL Rahul's poor show in the game against Sri Lanka and started trolling him left, right and center on Twitter. There were many who came up with hilarious memes and jokes, while trolling the opening batter.
