David Warner Made Young Fan’s Day With His Heartfelt Gesture

Australia’s star opener David Warner continued with his red-hot form as he smashed a brilliant 95 runs in the ongoing Pink-ball test match in the ongoing Ashes series in Adelaide, however, the cricketer missed another chance to hit a Test ton after being dismissed for a fifty-plus score in the first Test.

On Day 1 of the Adelaide Test match, the Australian cricket team started on the worst possible note as they lost Marcus Harris early in the innings. Warner then took charge and he stitched a stunning 174-run stand for the second wicket with Marnus Labuschagne.

David Warner played an action-packed innings that included 11 fours, however, he was dismissed by Ben Stokes and the stand came to an end. En route to 95 runs, Warner smashed his 32nd Test fifty with a magnificent pull off Stokes.

Warner was left disappointed after his unfortunate dismissal. He was seen walking back to the pavilion in anger, however, suddenly a gesture from him won everyone’s heart. Warner threw his batting gloves to a young fan on his way back to the pavilion. The young fan was left visibly happy by the exchange.

Meanwhile, Labuschagne also reached his 12th Test half-century as he smashed Ollie Robinson to mid-off for three runs. At stumps, the Australian cricket team was at 221/2 with Labuschagne unbeaten at 95 and Steve Smith batting on 18.
