Here’s Why Some Angry Fans Slammed Mohammed Siraj On Twitter

India’s sensational pacer Mohammed Siraj found himself at the receiving end of trolling on the final day of the Boxing Day Test match against South Africa in Centurion after he hurled a throw at South Africa’s vice-captain Temba Bavuma.

Well, during day 5 of the just concluded Boxing Day Test, Temba Bavuma was seen hopping before he went down in pain as Mohammed Siraj hurled a throw back at him and hit him accidentally.

The incident took place in the 62nd over of the innings, when Bavuma defended a ball back to Siraj and as it rolled back to Siraj, the pacer, in the heat of the moment, picked it up and threw it back at him accidentally hitting.

Immediately after copping the blow, Bavuma started hopping before Siraj realized what happened. He walked up to the Proteas vice-captain and apologized to him. keeping his hand on his shoulders. However, the impact of the blow was so huge that Bavuma went down in pain, forcing the physio to rush to the ground to treat Bavuma.

Because of the same the play was halted for a brief period as Bavuma received treatment. Thankfully, there was no major damage to the vice-captain and after a while, he was back on his feet and carried on with the game. The video of the same has been going crazily viral on the internet.

While the temper didn’t flare between Siran and Bavuma, fans on Twitter weren’t impressed with the aggression of Mohammed Shami. Fans on social media got carried away and started trolling Siraj for his unnecessary aggression. There were many who felt a suspension is on its way for the 27-year-old quick.
