New Zealand great Ross Taylor bid adieu to international cricket by playing his last game against the Netherlands in the recently concluded three-match ODI series. His ruthless batting prowess and rock-solid resistance made him one of the best number 4 batters the world has ever seen.

Ending his 16-year-long international career, Ross played his final and 450th international game against the Netherlands in his hometown Hamilton. The cricketer was seen getting emotional as he couldn’t hold back his tears while entering the arena in the Kiwi colors for the one last time.

With Ross Taylor’s international cricket career finally coming to an end, heartfelt tributes and congratulatory messages have been pouring in from all the sections on social media. Among many, legendary batter Sachin Tendulkar also paid a beautiful tribute to the Kiwi batter.
