Sanjay Manjrekar vs Ravindra Jadeja continues: Former Indian cricketer and commentator Sanjay Manjrekar has once again stirred a debate on social media after he announced his playing XI for the first ODI match against Australia.
It all started after a fan asked Sanjay Manjrekar to name his playing XI for the first ODI. Responding to the fan, Manrejkar shared his playing XI with some interesting names in it. However, Ravindra Jadeja didn’t find a place in Manjrekar’s playing XI. His playing XI includes:
“Shikhar Dhawan, Mayank Agarwal, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul, Manish Pandey, Mohammed Shami, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah, Shardul Thakur/Navdeep Saini.”
Well, the former Indian cricketer has once again put forth his opinion on the decorated all-rounder by not picking him in his team. Manjrekar replaced Jadeja with Kuldeep Yadav in his playing XI but while picking him he wrote ‘Virat will choose Jadeja’.

The tweet soon went viral and was flooded with the reactions of twitterati on this. Well, the tweet didn’t go down well with the fans, who are once again trolling him left, right and center.
Among many, a twitter user reckoned the fact that Ravindra Jadeja has always turned out to be an asset for Team India against Australia. He wrote:
“Jadeja as a fielder add more value and cover all departments, specially in Aus conditions you can’t bench him..”
Sanjay Manjrekar was quick to notice the tweet and come up with a reply to the fan. In his reply, Sanjay trolled Jadeja once again by writing:
“Use him as substitute fielder first chance you get.”
