Tushar Deshpande Gives A Befitting Reply To A Troll Who Called Hin “RunMachine”

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) seamer Tushar Deshpande hit back at a troll who tried to mock Deshpande as a “Run Machine” following the bowler’s performance in the Qualifier 1 against Gujarat Titans at the Chepauk.

CSK reached their 10th IPL final with a thrilling victory over Gujarat Titans at the Chepauk by 15 runs.

After being asked to bat first, CSK got another solid start from their openers, Devon Conway and Ruturaj Gaikwad, the pair putting up 87 runs in 10.3 overs on a surface that was gripping, holding, getting slower as the match progressed. Gaikwad scored 60 runs while Conway scored 40. Cameos from Rahane, Rayudu, and Jadeja helped CSK reach a total of 172.

MS Dhoni used five bowlers on the night and Tushar Deshpande was the most expensive of them, leaking 43 runs, although he took the important wicket of Rashid Khan, who had kept the fight alive for Gujarat Titans.

A fan trolled Tushar Deshpande by labeling him a bowling “RunMachine”.

This triggered the CSK seamer who shot back at the troll.

“Comment Only if you have the guts to step on to the field as a player yourself I bet you can’t even cross the Boundry rope,” Tushar Deshpande replied.

Here, check out Tushar Deshpande’s reply that shut down a troll:

Tushar Deshpande

This was some disrespect from the fan to Tushar Deshpande who is the leading wicket-taker for CSK in IPL 2023. Deshpande has taken 21 wickets in 15 matches, while often bowling a couple of overs in the death overs. Yes, his economy of 9.61 isn’t ideal and needs improvement, but it should be noted that he’s bowled mostly in the powerplay and in the death overs, and the tournament has been on the batting-friendly side.

CSK booked their place in the final once again. The IPL 2023 final will be played at the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad. Gujarat Titans will get another shot at the final: GT will play in Qualifier 2, against the winner of the Eliminator between LSG and MI.
