Twitter Goes Crazy Over India’s U-19 Pace Sensation

India has started its Under 19 World Cup campaign with a handsome win over the Aussies. Rahul Dravid’s boys have handed over a 100 run defeat to the Kangaroos in its first game of the tournament.

India outsmarted Australia in all departments of the game to swing the match to their side. Among the batsmen claiming credit for the win is Captain Prithvi Shaw for a captain’s knock of 94 and Shubham Gill who scored 63. But the real heroes of the match for India were the Indian pacers.

KAMLESH NAGARKOTI THE HERO WITH THE BALL

Indian bowlers were given a big total by the batsmen to defend. India posted 328 and while chasing the total, the Aussies were wrecked by pacers Nagarkoti and Shivam Mahi. Both the bowlers bagged 3 wickets each.

Kamlesh Nagarkoti, the 18-year-old bowler picked up 3 wickets from 7 overs and conceded just 29 runs. Everyone is in awe of the pacer for his clinical performance but what is making big news is his speed.

The pacer touched 147 KMPH which is too good for an Indian bowler, especially at this young age. The lad has got some serious express pace and it is taking everyone by storm. His express pace is making news in an express manner. His delivery which was a lethal 147 KMPH was the fastest delivery of the match and it would be no surprise if it ends up being the fastest delivery of the tournament as well.

BIG BOOST IN MORALE

This big victory with which India has kick started the tournament would be a big boost for the boys. India has made it clear to other teams that they would play this tournament as favourites.

These performers too have done themselves a great deal of confidence and these clinical performances would inspire them to keep doing good and bring the World Cup home. This team is on a mission and in their very first game they have made it clear that they are here to blast oppositions.
