Twitter goes mental as Karun Nair becomes the second Indian to score a triple hundred in Test cricket

Karun Nair became the most trending topic after his triple-hundred against England in the first innings of the ongoing fifth Test match in Chennai. Nair batted out of his skin and became only the second Indian batsman to score a triple-hundred in Test cricket, after Virender Sehwag.

Karun Nair, who plays for Delhi Daredevils in the Indian Premier League, showed great skills and temperament to achieve such a massive milestone so early in his career. With this triple-hundred, he has not only joined Sehwag in India’s 300 club, he is now at number 3 position in the list of highest individual scores in Test cricket by Indian batsmen, and this list includes the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and other Indian legends.
